Pillars of Health
What do we need to be in a healthy state?
That is indeed a complex question, which is of interest for the major part of society and it would be quite easy if there was an universal formula, which could answer to all its aspects. And still, we are talking about our physical being, the part of us which can be seen, measured and touched in reality. Thoughts for example are something immeasurable, it’s hard even for scientists to explore and tell their mechanism of processing. Nevertheless, THOUGHTS have direct influence on our physical health. I’m sure that everybody has heard of the “psychological basis” of a major part of contemporary illnesses, which is of course in immediate connection with the human thoughts. Indeed for that reason I think that thoughts influence our health directly and represent one of its pillars. If we are always afraid of going down with a particular illness and our thoughts revolve around it all the time, we will probably end up embracing our foremost fear. I recall that my great grandmother used to prey not to be overcome by sclerosis.. And guess what disease she has now!
But there’s another way of thinking: if our conscience is confident in itself and its own health it doesn’t let the already mentioned negative thoughts burst into the mind and in that manner they do not exist in our reality. Right there and then the possibility of any kind of illness is reduced to zero.
Our body is in constant interaction with the environment. The most frequently taken substance into our organisms is AIR. In my opinion, it is of utmost importance so it is not surprising that a couple of minutes without oxygen could be fatal. This means of course that another major factor is the quality of the air. Everybody can make a difference between fresh mountain air, which gives vitality to all our cells, and the extremely polluted one in the urban areas.
We cannot bear not drinking for more than two days. That makes it a major pillar of health. Water has its own memory. We are aware that every human being is different from the other, that every family is unique and that there are sometimes quarrels, misunderstandings and disagreements between its members. After water has passed along the pipes, it has charged with quite a lot of anger and negative energy. Because our body consists of 70% water, when drinking it it has a great influence on our cells. Even if it happens not to influence as much, we are still aware that mountain water is very mouthwatering, tasty and thirst-satisfying. From my experience, when I drink from the water sink, I still feel thirsty.
We can survive without FOOD exceptionally more and this is a proven fact. In my opinion, we tend to intake much more than needed, and this is another subject, on which will be dwelled on later. If we eat stuff and not real food, our bodies will remain hungry. So it’s an excellent idea to try a little bit harder to consume some quality food.
Some of the most important things are definitely positive thoughts, fresh air, quality water and food. I’d like to mention SPORT, which is another pillar of health. Indeed, there are many, many others but these are the foremost pillars of health.
